Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Coaching Stopwatch ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App
Coaching Stopwatch helps time multiple runners or groups, record run/rest intervals, and export sessions to CSV. It is a timing tool only—not medical, fitness, or professional coaching advice. You are responsible for safe training and how you use timing data.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the App for an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.
Your responsibilities
- Use the App lawfully for legitimate coaching or training
- Verify times and exports before relying on them
- Keep exported files secure if they contain sensitive data
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App
Accounts and fees
No account required. Features and pricing may change.
Intellectual property
The App is owned by HammillB or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or organizational coaching use.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or accuracy in every environment.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMMILLB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (OR USD $10 IF FREE). Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify HammillB from claims arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms, except our intentional misconduct.
Third-party services
Sharing CSV or opening web links uses third-party apps or sites with their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
Stop using the App anytime by uninstalling. We may discontinue or modify the App without liability.
Governing law
Laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
